Old mans penis are more…See more
Over the years, sexual health researchers have investigated many aspects of intimacy and its impact on physical and emotional well-being. One such topic that has sparked both curiosity and controversy is the act of swallowing semen.
While it may be a taboo subject in some circles, scientific studies have revealed that this practice might have some surprising biological and emotional effects. The Composition of Semen Before diving into the studies, it’s important to understand what semen is made of. Semen is more than just sperm; it’s a complex fluid composed of water, enzymes, fructose, proteins, vitamins (like vitamin C and B12), minerals such as zinc and magnesium, and other trace elements. Its primary biological function is reproductive, but these components also suggest potential health-related interactions with the body. One of the more surprising studies came from the State University of New York at Albany, where researchers found that women who had unprotected sex and were exposed to semen showed lower levels of depression. The study proposed that semen contains mood-altering hormones such as cortisol, estrone, prolactin, Oxytocin, and serotonin. These hormones, when absorbed through the vaginal walls or possilbly ingested orally, could influence mood and emotional state.
While the findings are still being discussed and debated in the scientific community, the suggestion is that exposure to semen might have subtle mood- enhancing effects, at least in some women. It’s crucial to point out, however, that these findings should never be used to pressure anyone into sexual acts-they simply open the door to understanding how intimacy and mental health may sometimes be more connected than we realize.Immune System and Potential AllergiesAnother aspect being researched is how semen interacts with the immune system. In some long- term relationships, consistent exposure to a partner’s semen might actually reduce allergic reactions to it. This adaptation process could benefit couples trying to conceive, especially in cases where the woman’s body initially reacts negatively to her partner’s sperm. However, it’s worth noting that a small number of individuals may be allergic to semen, a condition known as human seminal plasma hypersensitivity. Symptoms can include itching, swelling, and difficulty breathing. In such cases, exposure- whether vaginal or oral-should be carefully monitored with medical guidance.Nutritional Value?
Some articles and online forums tout the “nutritional benefits” of semen, citing its protein and mineral content. VWhile it’s true that semen contains small amounts of protein, zinc, and other nutrients, the quantities are so minimal that it wouldn’t make a measurable impact on one’s daily nutritional intake. So, while technically true, swallowing semen is not a substitute for a balanced diet.
Safety First: The Importance of STI AwarenessSafety First: The Importance of STI Awareness As with any sexual activity, safety should always be a priority. Semen can carry sexually transmitted infections (STIS) including HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and herpes. Oral transmission of STIS is possible, so practicing safe sex-especially in non- monogamous relationships or when STI status is unknown-is critical. Using protection, regular testing, and open communication with partners are essential components of a healthy sexual relationship. While the idea of swallowing semen may be uncomfortable for some and natural for others, it’s important to approach the topic without shame or judgment. Scientific studies have shown there may be minor hormonal and emotional effects associated with exposure to semen, and in long- term, trusting relationships, it might even have some benefits. However, personal comfort, consent, and safety should always take precedence.
C Luis Suarez Staring at Lengthy Ban After 'Disgusting' Actions Following Leagues Cup Final

Inter Miami’s Luis Suarez could be staring down the barrel at a lengthy ban after his behaviour between the final whistle of Javier Mascherano’s side’s 3-0 loss to Seattle Sounders in the Leagues Cup final and the trophy lift. Osaze De Rosario, Alex Roldan and Paul Rothrock were all on target for The Sounders.
But, irrespective of the brilliant win for Brian Schmetzer's men, much of the post-match discourse is regarding Suarez’s obscene behaviour. The ex-Liverpool man got into a few minor altercations in regulation time in what can be considered a heated affair from minute one to full-time.
This is, of course, not the first time that Suarez, who's plundered 38 strikes in 77 outings for his Major League Soccer (MLS) employers, has been involved in controversy. In the past, he had bitten opponents – Otman Bakka, Branislav Ivanovic and Giorgio Chiellini – on three separate occasions.
Back in 2011, just four months after he joined Liverpool from Ajax, Suarez was also handed an eight-match suspension from the Football Association (FA), whose investigation had judged him to have been racially abusive to Manchester United defender Patrice Evra.
Luis Suarez Could Face Lengthy Ban for 'Disgusting' Behaviour After Leagues Cup Final Loss
Once the final whistle had been blown, Suarez – who is widely regarded as one of the greatest strikers in football history – decided it was time to confront Sounders midfielder Obed Vargas. Suarez put his arm tightly around the neck of the 20-year-old before he was pulled off and a swarm of players joined the melee.
Sergio Busquets, who also played alongside Suarez at Barcelona, was on hand to back up his teammate. Instead of trying to defuse the situation, it appeared that the seasoned midfielder punched Vargas.
After being pulled away from Vargas, Suarez – who, having lost 3-0 in the final, descended into a red mist – was then filmed berating Sounders director of security Gene Ramirez. The footage also appeared to show Suarez spitting at said member of staff.
Suarez’s Inter Miami teammate Oscar Ustari attempted to intervene before the former Ajax and Atletico Madrid forward spat in the face of Ramirez. Again, players from both sides needed to be forcefully separated after a sea of bodies came together for a mass brawl on the pitch.
MLS chiefs have cracked down on the act of spitting at players or match officials in the past, often handing out multi-game suspensions. Hector Herrera was slapped with a three-match ban for spitting in the direction of a referee – one game for the red card he received after VAR intervention, and two more from the league office. Just two years ago, in 2021, Real Salt Lake right-back. Jasper Loffelsend was suspended for two games for spitting on an opponent.
